Can these be Frozen?
Yes, at temperatures as low as -18°C or lower. For thawing, we recommend transferring the product to a cold storage or refrigerator, at a controlled temperature between 2 and 5°C.
Can these be baked?
Our bases can withstand heat between 160°C to 180°C for up to 12 minutes.
Want an extra crisp texture to our bases?
To keep them crispy, we recommend sealing the bases with a thin layer of chocolate or margarine.
